Terms of service

A one-time analysis report for a business URL you submit. There is no subscription, no seat licence and no automatic renewal. Free teardowns are rate-limited and provided as-is.

We promise to run the analysis described on the how-it-works and method pages, and to label estimated figures as estimates. We do not promise rankings, traffic, revenue or any commercial outcome. A report is analysis, not advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement.

You may use your report inside your organisation and share it with your advisers. You may not resell it, publish it in full, or present it as an independent audit. We retain copyright in the report format and method.

Submit only URLs you are entitled to have analysed. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the service, or use it to harass a third party. We may suspend accounts that do.

Prices are shown before purchase and charged once. Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; by asking us to begin a report immediately you agree that the right lapses once the report is delivered. If a report fails to run or is materially defective, tell us within 14 days and we will re-run it or refund it.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the report in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or wasted development effort.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may change these terms for future purchases and will post the current version on this page; the terms in force when you bought a report govern that report.

These terms are governed by the law of the supplier’s place of establishment, to be stated here alongside the final entity name, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
